Frank is operated by Mighty Startup Adventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14264229). Our registered address is 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR.

What Frank is

Frank is an intimacy assessment tool for couples. It provides personalised insights based on psychological frameworks related to desire, attachment, communication, and sexual compatibility. It is designed to help couples understand each other better and have more honest conversations about their sex life.

What Frank is not

Frank is not therapy. It is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional help. If you or your partner are experiencing sexual trauma, mental health crises, relationship abuse, or clinical sexual dysfunction, please seek support from a qualified professional.

The insights generated by Frank are educational and reflective. They are based on self-reported data and should be treated as a starting point for conversation, not a diagnosis.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Frank. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Each account is for one individual. Both partners in a couple need their own separate accounts.

Payment

Frank is available for a one-time payment of $39 per couple (both partners are covered by a single payment). Payment is processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with Frank, contact us at hello@getfrank.love within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Consent and partner linking

Frank works by having both partners complete an assessment independently. To see your overlap, you link accounts using a unique partner code. By sharing your partner code with someone, you consent to Frank computing and displaying the overlap between your profiles.

Important: your individual assessment responses are never shared with your partner. Only the computed overlap (areas of mutual interest) is visible to both of you.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and methodology within Frank is owned by Frank. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without written permission.

AI-generated content

Frank uses artificial intelligence (specifically Anthropic's Claude) to generate personalised narrative insights. These insights are generated based on your profile data and are unique to you. AI-generated content should be understood as reflective interpretation, not clinical assessment.

Limitation of liability

Frank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@getfrank.love.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
